talladega audio problem

hello

has anyone have a problem with public and private audio playing threw the atm beeper speaker.
this was on a p86 not knowing if it was the atm or the core i swapped the talladega with a pivat

the pivat worked .

Did you tested from Supervisor -Audio Device? When you tested,you tried to change ATM speaker with any other speaker? In Windows, did you tested some audio files playing?( for example, mp3 or other, by Media Player?)

yes i played a music cd from windows on the talladega the music came threw the beeper speaker

so for testing i played the cd on a pivat and no music came out of the beeper speaker

if no one had this issue i am going to try a new talladega system board

On Talladega, in Device Manager all drivers for audio devices are installed?
In Win XP, at ATlladega you can change in Audion Manager the output: headphoses,speaker,etc.
Is the right device selected?

if i plug the audio jack into a different port the realtek audio menu pops up.

so i think my driver is good under device manager device is working properly

the cable from the mother board to the sdc card is 445-0710322 this also connects to the pirat card

do you have the pin outs for this cable ?

Do you mean audio cable? If yes, this cable come from mainboard to MISC;
I had a problem with this cable on 6626 ATM( no sound), i changed the cable and sound reappears

From the begining, which PC was in ATM: with Talladega or Pivat Mainboard?

talladega with pci sdc card in a 5886 then i swapped the core with a pivat and the problem was gone.

i did not know if it was the atm or the core .by doing this i determined the problem was in the core

Maybe the analogy with NLX Mainboards will be helpfull to you
beep:pins 4 and 5.

i get music over amp beep-a and amp beep -b i went back to the system board and pins 1 and 2 on j34
is amp beep a and amp beep b only a beep should come out off these 2 pins not music or wave files

i installed a usb audio controller it was pug and play with aptra 3.2.11 it disabled the system board audio controller . works the way it should i think if i changed the system board it would fix the problem. but this was more cost efficent to do it this way.
