You can clear captured cards ( = 0 ) in Supervisor: Select-4 Replenish - CLR Cards

there must be a threshold after 3 cards captured i get a card capture bin full.
when i do a clear card it goes back to 0 . i want to change the default to something more than 3 cards

DANNYB it's strange, if you have information - Capture bin full after capturing of 3 cards.
This message is on the all ATMs? Which type of ATM you have with this problem? Self Serve?

all the ncr atms with motorized card reader running aptra this did not happen when they were running os/2 .

most are 58xx and some 56xx the work around is to have the operater do a clear cards weekly.

There are no option from terminal side, You should change it from central side.

It is not agrees, since there are "old ATMs" which can to grasp some t cards and not to be closed, and new selfserv are limited everything, it where that in APTRA is visible or in the register is registered

we changed the load to the atm . we do card before cash.
users were walking away from the atm and not taking there card.
so now you must take your card then you get your money.

at us and it is adjusted, the problem in other, is cards curve or on request of a host capture, here after several captures of ATM dumping of counters of cards is required ( clear CNTR CARD)
