Thanks for your reply. I too tried all options. If i replace with New EPP U, there is no error & if put back old EPP U, again error regenerated "Firmware missing". I think we can reloaded the firmware as mentioned in SAMM 66XX guide. Can you help to get firmware.

i had reloaded Aptra 03.04.01 still same problem. In system application, 5 device status list show " EPP U invalid firmware, Attention required Now".

Please provide firmware.
