I have a problem with EMB_PC3, it does work when I install WIndows XP Service Pack 1, but if fails with SP2 and SP3 with blue screen of death.
I did manage to have a successful installation using BIOS 1.33a.

Does anyone have that particular BIOS for this PC, please

What kind of pick module you have installed?
Is it Angel (with pumps on it) or is it Aria?

Is it picking notes from cassettes and then rejecting them into a purge bin, then it would be LVDT,
if it is not picking from cassettes then check the pressure in vacuum tubes. Usually it is a lack of vacuum responsible for not picking notes from any cassettes
